TrakStation and TrakPod support can be obtained by emailing support@safesens.com. Please include a description of your issue, any information you have about serial numbers and lot numbers of products in question and any log files that you are able to download.

The TrakStation has no user serviceable components. Software updates for TrakStation can be obtained online for download here. BCSI recommends running the most current software version, and will support users running the current software version as well as the prior version in the indicated timeframe noted on the update page.
The TrakPod has no user serviceable components. Firmware updates are possible through the TrakStation user interface. Firmware updates can be downloaded here and follow on screen instructions via the supervisor settings “Update Pods” function.
